Make the checkin-test.py tests as strong as the Travis CI tests.
…d TPL incl dirs (#282) This test exposes the bug where the libraries and TPL include dirs are duplciated in the code that is run inside of the installed <Project>Config.cmake file. The next commit will fix this.
There is now a strong test that asserts that duplicates are getting removed.
