makefile for cross compile toolchain

introduction

all toolchain and apps will be compiled automatically
you can put your own apps in package directory

the archives to be downloaded:

glibc-ports-2.13.tar.gz
gmp-5.0.2.tar.bz2

mpc-0.9.tar.gz
mpfr-2.4.2.tar.gz

you should download them first, it's not done automatically
