This branch unpins the coffea version, and removes the CI tests of the old
HistEFT(since they are no longer able to be run with coffea 2023), and also activates thehistEFTtest that had previously not been included in the CI.Should not be merged yet (as
topeftstill depends on the old HistEFT), but I wanted to make the branch now so that I can use it while migrating the UF analysis code (ewkcoffea) to coffea 2023.
