Fix: attarmack, attarmack02 snow textures

This change fixes attarmack, attarmack02 snow textures. They are used on the USA Airfield.

attarmack_s

• Blends snow with some snow of attarmack_ds
• Reduces blue color in snow

attarmack_ds, attarmack_es

• Fixes snow looking different than attarmack_s
• Fixes snow shifting positions
• Fixes snow drawing over burns

attarmack02_ds, attarmack02_es

• Fixes snow shifting positions on Helipad
• Fixes snow drawing over burns

I made another pass on the Airfield textures. I blended some of the pristine snow from attarmack_ds on attarmack_s to add more snow to it. I also fixed snow and burns on the Helipad with attarmack02_ds, attarmack02_es textures.
