Group loading indicator is not shown once the group contains some items

Some groups, such as CSW, take awhile to load and show items incrementally. For such groups, it's important to indicate to the user that the group isn't done loading yet. But in the new UI, the loading indicator is not visible once the group has some items. I'm not sure if the loading indicator is gone completely once there are some items, or it's just off the bottom of the screen. It should go above the list of items as it does in the old UI.
