autoscroll + favorite bugfix

This release brings the auto-scroll for the current time, plus a fix for the stars buttons that where not clicking under certain circunstances.

time-nav bugfix

This patch release contains the fix for bug #92 that was causing the time-nav bar on the list view to break line and need scroll.

Menu as a panel

• the menu now behaves like another tab / panel
• first run will not be a blank page anymore when the user is offline (will fallback to the packaged hardcoded schedule)
• last sync information and refresh link at the top of the schedule views

MVP

Basic feature-set is here, some things needs visual polishing and others might be buggy, not fully branded but should be fine for testing.

We need testers now :)

Syc + diff

This release have a notifications area that lists updates on the schedule, both for the talks that the user favorited as well as the other event updates.

New App Bar

Reorganization of the function buttons such as favorites and schedule view mode into app sections and menu preferences.

Map and Alerts functionality is disabled on this pre-release. (look forward to 0.4.4)
