Expanded SPSDK protocol to contain all public method/attributes of the SDK. Adding the following:
- VERSION: String
- clearAllData()
- cleanUserDataOnError: Bool
- messageTimeoutInSeconds: TimeInterval
- privacyManagerTab: SPPrivacyManagerTab
- messageLanguage: SPMessageLanguage
Added AppleTV native Privacy Manager message flow.
