Language specific properties

analyzer.projectOutPath
roslyn.reportFilePath

where deprecated and replaced by multi-path versions:

analyzer.projectOutPaths
roslyn.reportFilePaths

in S4MSB 4.0 in 2017.

We've just dropped support for fallback to these old properties in C# and VB.NET analyzer 8.12. See SonarSource/sonar-dotnet#3526

Properties analyzer.projectOutPath and roslyn.reportFilePath should be removed from scanner and only the new properties should be persisted.
