What was done:

Lucide Icons: Integrated Lucid Icons for a more polished and visually appealing UI.
Saved Section: Added a "Saved" section where users can view and manage saved items.
User-Specific Dropdown Menu: Implemented a feature that allows logged-in users to view a dropdown menu containing items that they have uploaded.

Why these changes were made:

Lucide Icons enhance the overall aesthetic and user experience.
The Saved Section allows users to manage their content more easily, improving functionality.
The User-Specific Dropdown Menu personalizes the experience by showing only the content uploaded by the logged-in user.
