Code repository for Balancing Gender Bias in Job Advertisements With Text-Level Bias Mitigation.

Run the following R scripts in order:

1. load.R
2. fit_data.R
3. main_batch.R

The third file runs in parallel on 5 cores by default, adjust the number of cores if needed.
