Added checks for missing mandatory fields and validation of controlled vocabularies for all except topics
Validate that all resources has a topic named the same as in the array defined in resources.json file

Topic titles need to be solved in a more maintainable way, but we decided to do this in a separate issue (#404). Thus this PR should be ready for merge. |
