First CI release

Testing using CI to deploy releases to GitHub.

NIFSTD 3.1

This release includes initial work on the new model for brain parcellation schemes.

NIFSTD 3.0

NIFSTD now uses the uri.neuinfo.org resolver for all existing identifiers. A mapping to the old uris can be found here.

NIFSTD now uses the BFO2/RO/IAO backend for object properties. An old version of pr.owl still pulls in some of BFO1.1.

Final ontology.neuinfo.org release

This is the final release of the ontology.neuinfo.org version of NIFSTD and the last that will use a bfo1.1 backend.
