Changes since sparc-mis-1.0

1. Added sparc-mis-helper.ttl which documents the existing predicates and types (owl:Classes) used in the ttl export. sparc-mis-helper.ttl is imported by the preview version of curation-export.ttl. The mis helper includes information about whether predicates are curation internal, under the ilxtr:curationInternal predicate. ilxtr:curationInternal is itself curation internal and is only present when a predicate is curation internal, in which case the object in the triple is true. ilxtr:curationInternal also applies to prefixes. For example any url starting with TEMPRAW: -> http://uri.interlex.org/temp/uris/raw/ should be excluded as indicated by the presence of the triple TEMPRAW: ilxtr:curationInternal true .
2. sparc-mis-helper.ttl includes a pattern for managing changes to predicate identifiers via replacedBy: and ilxtr:futureType. Notes for properties and classes are available under the editorNote: predicate.
3. Added classes for handling the SDS and file level metadata, sparc:Dataset, sparc:Folder, sparc:File, and sparc:Path.
4. Added classes for handling scaffolds and flatmaps as sparc:Scaffold and sparc:Flatmap.
5. Added properties relating resources to datasets sparc:includesScaffold, sparc:includesFlatmap, and sparc:includesPath, these are sub properties of hasPart:.
6. Added sparc:Performance to cover the concept of a single performance of a protocol or experimental procedure.
7. sparc:Researcher has been replaced by sparc:Person since many of the contributors may not strictly be researchers.
8. sparc:Sample and sparc:Subject have been created explicitly as sub classes of sparc:Specimen.
9. sparc:DatasetContribution replaces TEMP:DatasetContributor.

Ongoing updates should be expected to sparc-mis-helper.ttl and the latest information for
interpreting a given curation-export.ttl release should be sourced from the import statements
in that file.
