feat: added show more button for group list

Description

Enhanced user settings display and functionality with additional UI features and improvements.

Motivation

To improve the user experience by adding a toggle button for viewing user access groups and updating the styles for better readability and interactivity.

Changes:

• Added a toggle button to show/hide user access groups.
• Updated CSS for better styling of the toggle button and table layout.
• Included tooltips for the toggle button icons.
• Adjusted the max-width for inline elements in user settings.
