Информационный API агрегатор

Its a small service that work like aggregator for data or information in the big systems.

Like in that case service will collect data from CSV files and from API requests. Simulator will be create some csv files and create data in API. Basically on port 8383, but u can change it. Its create three requests:

1. /support
2. /mms
3. /accendent

Service will be collecting and display on the ./simulator/status_page.html
