V2.1-Alpha of Memento clean

This is V2.1 of Memento Clean.
Be aware that this is unlikely to be very stable. It works well for me though.

There are some changes, so here is the log:

• All icons now enlarge on hover (non text ones are a bit jerky. Excluding the battery meter)
• New volume meter, with click to change volume
• New time and date meter (Forgot to add onclick to open calendar, will be in the next release)
• CPU use (Forgot to add onclick to open Task manager, will be in the next release)
• Download speed
• Bing search meter (click to search)
• A few code improvements that will not affect the running of the skin
• Credits to JSMorley, Poriue, and Balala

V1.2_Beta release

Beta release of V1.3

V1.1 is not publicly available (its my personal release)
It should work, but I'm realising it as beta first.
Next version is the stable release, V1.3, if no other updates are made.
