Thank you for your contribution. Indeed, the GCC linker files from CubeFW were created for products such as H7, because this series has brought the Dual core specificity, but you can now create them via the CubeIDE project generator. You can also found them under STM32CubeIDE projects.
Unfortunately, our development teams have no plan to add new GCC linker files.
