Describe the bug
Fixed error save checkbox Disabled in Maintenance events.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Login as 'admin'.
  2. Go to Maintenance events (/ScadaBR/maintenance_events.shtm).
  3. Click on button 'Add maintenance event'.
  4. Check 'Disabled' checkbox and click on 'Save' then created maintenance event as 'me_1' .
  5. Refresh page and save.
  6. Click on 'Maintenance event details' and see that checkbox 'Disabled' has not been checked - field has not been checked.
  7. See error on 'Disabled' checkbox
