Tools: enhance create-package to setup a component package without user input

Feature Request Description

Add options to configure a new custom components package via the create-package npm package from command line in order to skip configuration wizard. Currently users are prompted to define several option such as - port, project type, etc.
We would like to add script parameters to skip user input. This is useful for machine automation and execution.
