This reflects the usage as seen from the users side. The config settings are named like Core::MirrorDB::DSN The legacy usage of $Kernel::System::DB::UseSlaveDB is still supported.
Packages that want to query the mirror database need to set $Kernel::System::DB::UseMirrorDB in OTOBO 11.0.x
