That is, add the option --add-user to bin/docker/quick_setup.pl. Just like the option --add-admin-user which had been added in #2383.
The user should have full privileges on the group users.
Preferences can be added in the UserAdd() call.

The option --add-user has been added. Also write some funny characters into the user preference UserMobile. Closing this issue.
