For OTOBO 11.0 there are no concrete plans to resurrect the generation of OS, or distro, specific installation packages. Thus the directory scripts/auto_build and the command Dev::Tools::RPMSpecGenerate can safely be deleted. Of course, the files will still be available in the git history in case they will be needed again.
