Currently the OTOBO Docker image is based on perl 5.34-buster. But there is no need for not upgrading to Debian 11 (Bullseye). This means to base the images on Perl 5.34.
See https://hub.docker.com/_/perl . Note that the update from 5.34.0 to 5.34.1 was done automatically and not noticed, at least from my side.

The test suite running under Docker with the base image perl-5.34 looked fine. PR is applied. Closing this issue.
