Members not updated simultaneously in the sidebar when a new member is added

Problem:
When a new member is added to the chat, the members list in the sidebar does not update immediately. The new member only appears after refreshing the page.

When a new member is added to the chat, the members list in the sidebar does not update immediately. The new member only appears after refreshing the page.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Add a new member to the chat.
2. Observe that the new member does not appear in the members sidebar immediately.
3. Refresh the page and observe that the new member now appears in the members sidebar.

Expected behavior:

Members should be updated simultaneously.
