Option to skip the complete popup when tasks finish. #69

If task manager is running and i drag a game to another library that is small. The popup shows every time, which is annoying when you are dragging one game or deletion at a time.

You mean the one about restarting Steam? If so i can add an optional setting for disabling the warning.
