Added H and D permeability, solubility, and diffusivity in Hastelloy N from https://doi.org/10.1016/j.jnucmat.2023.154851.
Only added Arrhenius fits, I need to add experimental data points later.

Just so you know, in HTM it is also possible to do:

fuerst_solubility_h = fuerst_permeability_h/fuerst_diffusivity_h
