Release Notes
· Library is tested on ROCm 1.7 and ROCm 1.6.4
· Library supports only powers of 2,3,5 transform sizes
· Only interleaved format for Complex/Hermitian arrays are supported; planar type not supported
· Only packed data is supported; arbitrary stride support not present
· Non-zero offsets into buffers are not supported; defaults to 0
