How to file a helpful issue

Qubes OS release

R4.2 but might affect R4.1 too.

Brief summary

If a configuration file is unreadable (e.g. a symlink to /dev/null/doesnotexist), it is skipped instead of failing the service call (like any other invalid configuration file).

File ignored.
