We're working to re-release the last preview, which per #3282 did not actually have PowerShellEditorServices v2.4.0-preview.1. The underlying build and release pipeline issue which caused that has been resolved, and while we were excited to get a new preview out (to the point that we had the assets uploaded and GitHub releases drafted), we held off because we are working to resolve an issue with the extension's debugger. Upon further testing, PowerShell/PowerShellEditorServices#1424 brought in a bug with launching the debugger, which we are investigating with OmniSharp OmniSharp/csharp-language-server-protocol#562. When we have solved that, I'll bump PSES and drop another preview of the extension (which will for sure have the correct PSES in it).
