Great program but unfortunately a bug (or I am doing something terribly wrong).

The language of the OS is set to Dutch and keyboard is US international.
I have a laptop that is set to US english with US international keyboard.
Both display the same...
When I use the following keys, only the top part of the two is displayed:

`~ ~

That was not very helpfull....
I meant that the ~ key just displays the ~and not the lowercase `
The /? key does not get displayed, also not he lowerkey / sig.
Same goes for | and "' key

@WimSnor I encountered the same problem. Pushed a fix and waiting for review.
