Description of the problem being solved:
Adds checkbox beside item/skill import button to ignore weapon swap items and skills. Defaults false; must opt-in.

Can import one of mine, Peechey, SSF, Peechey Gladiator
I've got an item and gem (lacerate) in weapon swap. Import unchecked to bring it in, import checked to verify gone.
