[Other] 能否设定一个暂停服务按钮？老是封禁IP

修改了一次密码，然后每当打开peerbanhelper时，他老是自动连接，然后又自动封禁。
压根来不及修改正确的密码，webUI编辑里面也不行，只能等封禁结束后，才能弄。。。

封禁之后可以重启下载器

然后继续自动连接，然后封禁。。。

可以先试试下载器里加免验证子网白名单，改完密码就把白名单删了

这种情况你应该先把浏览器的网站cookie清除吧，这样进webui会让你重新登录输入密码

PBH 检测到密码错误的时候会自动暂停尝试，你是 PBH 版本和 QB 版本分别是多少?
