Description
I've already reported that in #1710 (comment):
I have no any network with id
111111
But Group 3133 owns network
5432
with 6 address ranges:thus it is taking
PARENT_NETWORK
by countingAR/PARENT_NETWORK_AR_ID
's like:1
+1
+1
+1
+1
+1
=111111
, but it is wrong, it should use commonPARENT_NETWORK_ID
