Reenable tests after fixes from #29650

Enable tests and remove workarounds from Jakarta Data code for:
#28913 which is fixed by EclipseLink 2182
#29457 which is fixed by EclipseLink 2247
#28908 which is fixed by EclipseLink 2184
#28928 which is fixed by EclipseLink 2192
