Introducing Pencilera, an iPad app that transforms your Apple Pencil into a camera remote. It’s simple yet incredibly useful. Imagine capturing photos with a group of people, standing away from your iPad. Setting timers can be tedious, as they only take a single photo. If you get the first one wrong, you have to start over. We realized that most iPad users already have a great tool with them that supports gestures—Apple Pencil 2 allows double tapping to trigger actions, and Apple Pencil Pro supports squeezing to do the same. We leveraged this opportunity to create an app that utilizes the Apple Pencil’s capabilities. When using Pencilera, the Apple Pencil becomes a camera remote.
