Updating account_group_menu to 17.0

Hi,

This is an easy port to 17.0. I needed it for something else, and I figured it was still relevant.

Let me know if there's something I need to fix and if we can merge this.

Please preserve commit history following technical method explained in https://github.com/OCA/maintainer-tools/wiki/Migration-to-version-17.0.

If the jump is between several versions, you have to modify the source branch in the main command to accommodate it to this circumstance.

Please check also the red CIs.
