[WIP] feat: add mergeCompilationJobs and concurrency to build profile config

Implements one of the suggestions from #6415

This PR exposes mergeCompilationJobs and concurrency settings to the user via config. I found it useful during debugging and think that it might be a useful configuration settings for the users as well.
