clonehero: update src url

Description of changes

The source URL changed recently, and the 1.0 release of clonehero can't be back-ported to 23.05 because it's not backwards compatible.

• Tested basic functionality of all binary files (usually in ./result/bin/)
• 23.05 Release Notes (or backporting 22.11 Release notes)
