xdrip+ finds the sensor, connects then disconnects with an error about the Mac address

The logs are very valuable. But, without the status page, they are useless. Please never leave out the Dex status page if you are asking for help or reporting a problem.

Is the sensor working? Was Dexcom app showing readings?
If no, use a scanner to confirm the device is transmitting: https://navid200.github.io/xDrip/docs/Bluetooth-Scanner.html

Do you have a Dexcom receiver or a pump that is showing readings?

Sensor is working and was giving readings on the dexcom app prior to uninstallation. I don't have a receiver or pump available, just the app on my phone.

Make sure none of your old used sensors are nearby. Move them at least 10 meters away.
Tap on restart collector on the classic status page.

You need to delete all Bluetooth names starting with DXCM from the list of connected or previously connected device list.
Then, change the last character of the transmitter ID to something else. Then, change it back to the correct value.
Now, go back to the status page and wait for a pair request and approve.

@d3athrow Mismatch means, xDrip is receiving another (old) sensor. Try to put them in the microwave or something (without switching on) to only receive the new one.
