After we merged #407 #408 and #409, the only file left in the best_practices directory is the overview page. We should then remove the directory and rename best_practices/overview.md to best_practices.md.

Maybe we should also move the best practices chapter back to the top of the list? I'm now trying to rewrite the README / book front page and the flow of the story makes more sense with best practices on top...
