LDT compile error

I am trying to compile LDT for LISF v 7.5.0. I am getting this error:

I have attached the config.ldt and compile log .
I am using openmpi 4 , gnu 8.3.0 and python 3.7.4 in Linux x86_64 .

I got the solution. The fortranGIS was not properly installed . I reinstalled it and it solved the problem.
