3 minutes into the round, (around when the command report is sent) (which will be reworked at some point trust) the server will automatically start a vote to "vote for round chaos level"
The options are "None", "Low", "Medium", and "High"
The numbers of the vote are hidden, but the result is not (it might be changed to only visible to admins though?)
There is no mechanics associated with the vote - all it does is convey what kind of round a majority of players want to the admins, which in turn would encourage them to either put the pedal to the metal, or give it a rest. Of course, they're free to ignore it.
