Updated the GitHub Container Library to use images whose names better describe what operating system they are running. And implemented the use of the Docker Latest Tag to allow for less updates to the devcontainer.json file.

  1. autonomy-jetpack > autonomy-jetpack5.1
  2. autonomy-ubuntu > autonomy-ubuntu20.04
