It looks like you included the building instructions in the other PR, but you can replace the TODO here with the same thing if you feel strongly that it's not intuitive. In general though, as already described in the readme for this repo, building should be as simple as |

In alignment with #381 and #379 (to a lesser extent), here's the start of a CONTRIBUTING.md file.
Would appreciate it if you could help fill in the "TODO" steps, and/or link a guide to help me do so.
