  • Why the need to revert the prior contribution?
  • There's since been a merge conflict that needs to be resolved. You added an additional paragraph to the note via Update audit-registry.md #10276 in January.
  • It's still marked as "draft"

I'm closing this PR, I confirmed with @sravanigannavarapu that #10276 is the more current and accurate edit, and supercedes this edit.
