Adds a simple account with the address `0x10000000000000`, which throws errors on any signing method. Just enough to test whether I'm crashing the UI with: MetaMask/metamask-snaps-beta#63

I'm crashing the UI a lot right now, I think there are is a bit more selector-massaging in the future of that branch. Posting this here so I can get some help with that process.
