Downgrade pytorch-lightning to 0.10

v1.0.2 has issues with parameter logging on comet.ml, waiting for a bugfix to upgrade

Update librairies to stable versions

Add comet_ml, update to cuda 10.1, pytorch 1.6, DGL 0.5, hydra 1.0, ray 1.0.

First release

The docker image is packed with many useful tools to run deep learning algorithms on temporal or graph data. Mostly based on the PyTorch ecosystem.
