I want to do this myself, could you show me a path?
I can't find any documentation on the Tor website to do such a thing.
I would really appreciate it If you help me to update this project for V3

The Tor protocol specification can be found here https://gitweb.torproject.org/torspec.git/tree/ I believe rend-spec-v3.txt is what you're looking for. I would recommend using another library that already has this implemented instead of updating TinyTor since it's a lot of hard work.

Have you heard of https://github.com/torproject/stem ? Requires the Tor process to be running though.
