A simple rock, paper, scissors command-line.
Do run dart in the rock_paper_scissors directory.
If you want to launch it without installing dart, launch a terminal (for window : window + r then type cmd.exe on the command prompt).
Navigate to the rock_paper_scissors directory and then do .\tmp\window.exe on window or ./tmp/linux on linux.
