Adds the scaled sorted option, and the translation.

Is scaled the best name for it? At least on the UI, I saw it, and have no idea what it means. If this is user facing, could there not be a more explicit name for it?

Edit: Looking here: LemmyNet/lemmy#3907 It's for inflating smaller communities. If hot and active imply big, surely balanced would be a better name for this? Balance as in a balance of big and small. Or mixed. Mixed popularity in the case when contextually stacked against active or popular. A scale is like a musical scale, you can go up it, or down it. Scales as in kitchen scales is for weight, but not any implication about what weighs what. The term in common usage does not imply what it is for most English speakers.
